Join us this Saturday Shaikh Huzaifa Hamirani will be discussing with us about taking advantage of these last ten days of Ramadan. This event is for BOTH MYSTL girls and boys. Feel free to bring your family and friends! We hope to see you soon Inshallah!
MYSTL Girls is for the youth, by the youth!
Back in 2006, Dr. Shaykha Haifaa Younis spotted a gap: there wasn’t a youth group for girls in St. Louis. With her support, Sisters Nour Al-Hiyari and Randa Kuziez stepped up to create MYSTL (Muslim Youth of St. Louis). Soon after, a MYSTL boys’ branch was created under Mufti Minhajuddin Ahmed’s guidance.
So, what’s our mission at MYSTL Girls? Simple: we’re all about creating a vibrant, Islamic space for young women across St. Louis. And here’s the kicker – it’s run by us, for us! Yep, our board is made up entirely of high schoolers.
We’re on a mission to shape the leaders of tomorrow, all while keeping it fun. How? By having opportunities for Islamic discussions, getting involved in community service projects, and hosting social gatherings.
